A book I designed, typeset and wrote for my FMP* at Middlesex University.

The book encourages the reader to immerse themselves in the experience of going to a restaurant, for the ultimate food adventure. The publication is a positive and enlightening companion for the reader, taking them on a journey through dining in restaurants.

The chapters explore the meaning of the elements that are the building blocks of a dining experience and talks about why it matters to know these elements. The book is a mixture of typography, illustration and brilliant words from celebrated food critics, writers and chefs.

After reading this book my hopes are that the reader sees the act of going to a restaurant in a new light and enjoys an exciting adventure because of it.
