A part of the interview process for Zettle and part of what got me the job as Junior Graphic Designer.
(Fictional product)
Brief: Zettle by PayPal is launching their new product, the smallest card reader in the world.
It’s called “Zettle Reader Mini” and it’s so small it can sit comfortably on your key chain.
The target group consists of businesses that are highly mobile, like on-site repair services, debt collectors, charity volunteers, at-home beauty treatment professionals etc. They are super-busy, time-poor, and have low trust since they’ve been burned by financial services companies before.
They already have a means to take non-cash payments (could be invoicing, sending payment links, bank transfers etc) so why would they change to Zettle?
Task: Create at least one visual asset for the campaign. Please present back with suggestions visuals and basic copy in pdf format.
2021 Campaign Work Sample
My idea
The main objective for this campaign would be to demonstrate the size of the reader and the ability to bring it anywhere. These are three scenarios where a Zettle Reader Mini could be used; on the go bike repairs, make up artists and nail technicians. Professionals that could be called into action very last minute, but now with a trusted and quick way to get paid.
The slogan “Go small or go home.” is an encouragement to embrace the smallest card reader in the world.
