I was the lead designer for the Lead Nurture Squad at PayPal, leading several global revamps of emails, newsletters and landing pages in collaboration with developers, copywriters, and multiple stakeholders. During this time, I also led the design of several “business-critical” emails in connection with PayPal’s Quantum Leap project (2024).
